Nothing here is a contract or a quotation

The content of this site is provided for general information. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, a contract, a warranty, or a price quotation, and nothing on it creates a contractual relationship between you and us.

Any figures, ranges, durations or timelines mentioned anywhere on this site are general indications drawn from past work. They are not estimates for your project. A price for your project can only be given after we have seen the site or the property and understood the scope, and it becomes binding only in a signed written agreement.

Submitting the consultation form does not engage our services and does not oblige either of us to proceed.

Permitted use

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own personal or internal business use in evaluating our services. You may not:

• Republish, sell, rent or sub-license any part of this site.
• Copy photography, drawings or written content for use in your own or another firm's marketing.
• Use automated systems to scrape, index or harvest content or contact details except for ordinary search-engine indexing.

All content on this site — photography, written copy, drawings, plans, the logo and other marks — is owned by Hilltop Custom Builders LLC or used under license, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Imagery used on this site is representative. Photographs and images shown may or may not depict actual projects completed by Hilltop Custom Builders LLC, but they are representative of the design and workmanship Hilltop is capable of delivering. Materials, finishes, dimensions and scope shown are illustrative and are not a specification, warranty or offer, and the finished appearance of any project is determined by the drawings and specifications in your signed agreement.

Where a project is identified by name or location, it is our work and is shown with the homeowner's permission. Houses shown are private residences. Nothing on this site is an invitation to visit, photograph or approach any property shown.

No warranty on site content

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Construction methods, material availability, lead times, costs, codes and regulations all change.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
